Since 1995 David Lichty, the principal Coach and founder of Your Success Ally, has been focused on helping clients clarify and achieve their goals. In those 16+ years he has helped hundreds of people reduce stress, simplify their business processes, focus their mental attention and enjoy better results with less effort. David loves helping people. His personal mission is to foster a world where people are happy, healthy, loving and prosperous. By helping people achieve their goals, he gets to see his goal become reality, one person at a time.

As a coach David's favorite experience is helping someone reach an "ah ha!" moment that propels them to action which enables them to make major progress toward achieving their goals. Participating in these creative moments with people is an honor and a wonderful experience.
